How do I make a booking?

Simply head to our bookings page (https://secretdomes.co.uk/bookings)and enter your desired date, time and number of guests to see our availability.

Why can't I book my desired date/time?

If your desired slot does not show on our booking system,(https://secretdomes.co.uk/bookings) it will currently be fully booked. Please do keep an eye on the booking page (https://secretdomes.co.uk/bookings)as it is live and any cancellations will show there. We do also take a limited number of walk ins each day but this cannot be guaranteed.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

That is not a problem, we can re-book you in. Unfortunately we do not have a phone number on site so all correspondence is via email (https://www.secretdomes.co.uk/contact)– if you cancel outwith 72 hours of your booking your deposit will be refunded.

Are under 18's permitted within The Secret Domes?

Unfortunately we cannot allow under 18s within the premises.

Do you allow dogs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, well behaved dogs are allowed in all areas of the venue and water bowls are available.  We love dogs so as long as they stay with your party, they are more than welcome.

What food do you serve?

We have a limited food offering, with mezze and charcuterie boards available. Please note that due to limited spacing we are not able to cater for all allergens.

How much is the deposit?

Why are the toilets so far away?

Accepted Answer

To ensure the best view possible from our domes, we had to move a little bit further away from the toilets.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
